٤٧٤٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ عُيَيْنَةَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا فِي غَيْرِ كُنْهِهِ، حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ.»
