٤٩٥٠ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ التَّلِبِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا،
«أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ، فَلَمْ يُضَمِّنْهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»
