Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
««كَانَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، يُوَرِّثُ أَهْلَ الْمُرْتَدِّ إِذَا قُتِلَ»»

٣١١٦ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ جُمَيْعٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ: «كَانَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، يُوَرِّثُ أَهْلَ الْمُرْتَدِّ إِذَا قُتِلَ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده ضعيف لانقطاعه القاسم لم يدرك جده عبد الله فروى عنه مرسلا
