«قُلْنَا لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ: إِنَّكَ تَبْعَثُنَا، فَنَنْزِلُ بِقَوْمٍ لَا يَقْرُونَا، فَمَا تَرَى فِيهِ؟ فَقَالَ لَنَا: إِنْ نَزَلْتُمْ بِقَوْمٍ، فَأُمِرَ لَكُمْ بِمَا يَنْبَغِي لِلضَّيْفِ فَاقْبَلُوا، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلُوا، فَخُذُوا مِنْهُمْ حَقَّ الضَّيْفِ.»
