٦٧٢٧ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ: " لَا يَجُوزُ (٢) لِامْرَأَةٍ (٣) عَطِيَّةٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا " (١)Rulings
