٤٣٩٤ - حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«قِتَالُ الْمُسْلِمِ أَخَاهُ كُفْرٌ، وَسِبَابُهُ فُسُوقٌ»
