حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرٌ، قَالَ: ثنا الْخَطِيبُ، قَالَ: ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ خِلَاسٍ هُوَ ابْنُ عَمْرٍو،
«أَنَّ عَلِيًّا قَالَ: إِذَا كَانَ فِي الرَّهْنِ فَضْلٌ فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَهُوَ بِمَا فِيهِ وَإِنْ لَمْ تُصِبْهُ جَائِحَةٌ وَاتُّهِمَ فَإِنَّهُ يَرُدُّ الْفَضْلَ»
