حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحٌ، قَالَ: ثنا سَعِيدٌ، قَالَ: ثنا هُشَيْمٌ،
«قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ «أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى فِي مَسِّ الذَّكَرِ وُضُوءًا» فَبِهَذَا نَأْخُذُ , وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ , وَأَبِي يُوسُفَ , وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ , رَحِمَهُمُ اللهُ تَعَالَى»
