٥٦٠١ - أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدٌ قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ ، عَنِ الصَّعْقِ بْنِ حَزْنٍ؟؟ قَالَ:
«كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى عَدِيِّ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ»
