Sunan al-Nasai (al-Mujtaba) 5601

Ahmad ibn Shuayb al-Nasai

«كَتَبَ ‌عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى عَدِيِّ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.

٥٦٠١ - أَخْبَرَنَا ‌سُوَيْدٌ قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا ‌عَبْدُ اللهِ ، عَنِ ‌الصَّعْقِ بْنِ حَزْنٍ؟؟ قَالَ: «كَتَبَ ‌عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى عَدِيِّ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ».
