٤٩٢٣ - أَخْبَرَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ فُضَيْلٍ قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا»
