٤٤٩٠ - أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، وَوَكِيعٌ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ:
«قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ»
