٣٨٣٨ - أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْفَرْوِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو ضَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ، وَكَفَّارَتُهَا كَفَّارَةُ الْيَمِينِ»
