٣٤٤١ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى - هُوَ ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ - عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ:
«خَيَّرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَاخْتَرْنَاهُ، فَهَلْ كَانَ طَلَاقًا؟»
