٣٣٣٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«لَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ، وَلَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا»
