٢٦٥٩ - حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«لَا يُقْتَلُ مُسْلِمٌ بِكَافِرٍ»
