٣٣١٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، فِي رَجُلٍ أَعْتَقَ غُلَامَهُ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ غَيْرُهُ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ، قَالَ:
«يَسْعَى لِلْغُرَمَاءِ فِي ثَمَنِهِ»
