٣٣١١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ:
«إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ فِي قَرَابَتِهِ، فَهُوَ لِأَقْرَبِهِمْ بِبَطْنٍ: الذَّكَرُ وَالْأُنْثَى فِيهِ سَوَاءٌ»
