٣١٥٨ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبَانَ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي الْحَارِثُ بْنُ حَصِيرَةَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي وَلَدِ الزِّنَا لِأَوْلِيَاءِ أُمِّهِ:
«خُذُوهُ إْنَكُمْ تَرِثُونَهُ، وَتَعْقِلُونَهُ، وَلَا يَرِثُكُمْ»
