٣١٤٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ:
«أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُوَرِّثُ وَلَدَ الزِّنَا، وَإِنْ ادَّعَاهُ الرَّجُلُ»
