٣١٤٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُرِّ، حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ:
«أَنَّ وَلَدَ الزِّنَا لَا يَرِثُهُ الَّذِي يَدَّعِيهِ، وَلَا يَرِثُهُ الْمَوْلُودُ»
