٣١٢١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُرِّ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ:
«أَنَّ الرَّجُلَ إِذَا قَتَلَ امْرَأَتَهُ خَطَأً، أَنَّهُ يُمْنَعُ مِيرَاثَهُ مِنَ الْعَقْلِ وَغَيْرِهِ»
