Sunan al-Darimi 3121
Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
««أَنَّ الرَّجُلَ إِذَا قَتَلَ امْرَأَتَهُ خَطَأً، أَنَّهُ يُمْنَعُ مِيرَاثَهُ مِنَ الْعَقْلِ وَغَيْرِهِ»»
