٣٠٦٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، عَنْ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا، وَزَيْدًا، قَالَا:
«الْوَلَاءُ لِلْكُبْرِ»
وقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، وَشُرَيْحٌ: «لِلْوَرَثَةِ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح إن كان عامر الشعبي سمعه منهما أو من أحدهما
