٣٠٥٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ ابْنِ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مُدْلِجٍ:
«أَنَّهُ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَمَوَالِيَهُ، فَأَعْطَى عَلِيٌّ ابْنَتَهُ النِّصْفَ، وَمَوَالِيَهُ النِّصْفَ»
