٢٩٩٧ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، فِي مِيرَاثِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ:
«لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ، وَالثُّلُثَانِ لِبَيْتِ الْمَالِ»
