Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi

««لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ، وَالثُّلُثَانِ لِبَيْتِ الْمَالِ»»

٢٩٩٧ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، فِي مِيرَاثِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ: «لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ، وَالثُّلُثَانِ لِبَيْتِ الْمَالِ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده حسن
