٤٠٦٥ - نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ , نا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ , نا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ , أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ , أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ , عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ , عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ , عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«لَا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ، وَلَا الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ»
