٦٧٩٢ - حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ :

«أَنَّ يَدَ السَّارِقِ لَمْ تُقْطَعْ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَّا فِي ثَمَنِ مِجَنٍّ، حَجَفَةٍ أَوْ تُرْسٍ.»
