٦٧٥٩ - حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنهما قَالَ:

«أَرَادَتْ عَائِشَةُ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ بَرِيرَةَ، فَقَالَتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ: إِنَّهُمْ يَشْتَرِطُونَ الْوَلَاءَ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: اشْتَرِيهَا فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ.»
