٢٦٢٦ - حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ: حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي النَّضْرُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
«الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ»
قَالَ عَطَاءٌ: حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرٌ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ : نَحْوَهُ.
