٢٢٠٤ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنهما : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

«مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ.»
