٩٣٤٧ - حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَالْغَرِيمُ أَحَقُّ بِمَالِهِ (١) إِذَا وَجَدَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ»
