٨٥٦٥ - حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ
«رَجُلًا أَعْتَقَ شِقْصًا مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ، فَأَجَازَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِتْقَهُ، وَغَرَّمَهُ بَقِيَّةَ ثَمَنِهِ»
