٧١٤٥ - حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عِيسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«مَنْ جُعِلَ قَاضِيًا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ.»
