٦٧٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا افْتَتَحَ مَكَّةَ، قَالَ:
«لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا، وَلَا عَلَى خَالَتِهَا»
