٦٠٨٨ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، حَدَّثَنِي حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ " أَوْ قَالَ: " إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْذَنَ لَهُ " (١)
