٦٠٨٧ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«إِذَا حَلَفَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَقَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ: إِنْ شَاءَ فَعَلَ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ»
