٦٠٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ، سَمِعَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ، رَجُلًا يَقُولُ: وَالْكَعْبَةِ فَقَالَ: لَا تَحْلِفْ بِغَيْرِ اللهِ، فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:
«مَنْ حَلَفَ بِغَيْرِ اللهِ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ وَأَشْرَكَ (١)»
