٤٥٤٨ - حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، سَمِعَ سَالِمًا، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، سَمِعَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ (٢) : وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: وَأَبِي، وَأَبِي فَقَالَ:

«إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَنْهَاكُمْ أَنْ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ " " فَوَاللهِ، فَوَاللهِ مَا حَلَفْتُ بِهَا ذَاكِرًا، وَلَا آثِرًا»
