٣٤٢٣ - حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ الصَّوَّافُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:
«قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْمُكَاتِبِ يُقْتَلُ، يُودَى لِمَا أَدَّى مِنْ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ دِيَةَ الْحُرِّ، وَمَا بَقِيَ دِيَةَ الْعَبْدِ»
