٢٥٢٢٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نِيَارٍ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: " أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِظَبْيَةِ خَرَزٍ فَقَسَمَهَا لِلْحُرَّةِ وَلِلْأَمَةِ (٢) " وَقَالَتْ: " كَانَ أَبِي يَقْسِمُ لِلْحُرِّ وَالْعَبْدِ " (٣)Rulings
