٢١٨٩٨ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ حَسَّانَ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّا بِأَرْضٍ تُصِيبُنَا بِهَا مَخْمَصَةٌ، فَمَا يَحِلُّ لَنَا مِنَ الْمَيْتَةِ؟ قَالَ:
«إِذَا لَمْ تَصْطَبِحُوا، وَلَمْ تَغْتَبِقُوا، وَلَمْ تَحْتَفِئُوا بَقْلًا، فَشَأْنُكُمْ بِهَا»
