٢١٦٣١ - حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٍ (٣) ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، قَالَ: قَالَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ:

«نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ»
The Prophet ﷺ · narrated from him by زيد بن ثابت

قُلْتُ: وَمَا الْمُخَابَرَةُ؟ قَالَ: تُأَجَّرُ (٤) الْأَرْضَ بِنِصْفٍ، أَوْ بِثُلُثٍ، أَوْ بِرُبُعٍ " (١)
