٢١٦٣١ - حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٍ (٣) ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، قَالَ: قَالَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ: "نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ " قُلْتُ: وَمَا الْمُخَابَرَةُ؟ قَالَ: تُأَجَّرُ (٤) الْأَرْضَ بِنِصْفٍ، أَوْ بِثُلُثٍ، ⦗٤٩٧⦘ أَوْ بِرُبُعٍ " (١)
