٢٠٥٧٩ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُمَيْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ عُمُومَتِهِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«أَنَّهُ جَاءَ رَكْبٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَشَهِدُوا أَنَّهُمْ رَأَوْهُ بِالْأَمْسِ، يَعْنُونَ الْهِلَالَ، فَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يُفْطِرُوا، (١) وَأَنْ يَخْرُجُوا مِنَ الْغَدِ»
قَالَ شُعْبَةُ: أُرَاهُ مِنْ آخِرِ النَّهَارِ (٢)
