٢٠٤٣٢ - حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ أَبُو دَاوُدَ، (١) حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكَرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«صُومُوا الْهِلَالَ لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، (٢) وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ، فَإِنْ غُمَّ عَلَيْكُمْ، فَأَكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ ثَلَاثِينَ، وَالشَّهْرُ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا (٣)»
