٢٠٣٩٧ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ ثُرْمُلَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكَرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهَدَةً بِغَيْرِ حِلِّهَا حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ أَنْ يَشُمَّ رِيحَهَا»
