٢٠٣٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ ثُرْمُلَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكَرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهَدَةً بِغَيْرِ حِلِّهَا، حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ أَنْ يَجِدَ رِيحَهَا»
