١٩٦٨٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو بُرْدَةَ، قَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا، فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَقَدْ أَذِنَتْ، وَإِنْ أَنْكَرَتْ لَمْ تُكْرَهْ»
قُلْتُ لِيُونُسَ: سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْهُ، أَوْ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ قَالَ: نَعَمْ (١)
